Very kind staff. The receptionist was so nice and went out her way to give us an early check in because our flight was very early in the morning.
The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful position right above the subway.

The host was very helpful. We had a somewhat late check in, but Lara sent detailed information that made everything go smoothly.
