The staff was amazing and super friendly and the service was superb (from reception desk, to rooftop and restaurant), and this exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately, cant remember the name of the lady while checking in, but special regards to her and her colleague Ms. Daniela R on check out.
I am going back to Lisbon by the end of the week and decided to book the same hotel.
Rooms are comfortable, a lot of natural light.

staffs were all so king and gentle. I had to carry my 20kg luggage to 3rd floor and he was willing to help me even with carrying it back down. location was nice and breakfast was amazing with various and nutritious options. i would definitely come back!

Our room felt like a really spacious apartment. It was lovely. Modern decor yet very practical. Nice communal space too. Overall, it was a very comfortable base while we were at Web Summit. Great location! Outside was very quiet, a lovely tree-lined street, but it was just a couple of minutes' walk to the Anjos Subway Station, and between the subway, the buses, and the taxis, we were able to get to all our various events during the week without issue. I really liked using the app to open the doors, that was pretty funky, but I couldn't figure out how to use it for the elevator.
