Everything was perfect. I have to emphasize the hospitality of the personnel. It was minor situation that happened to my baby but their reaction was immediate, I must especially thank Carla from the restaurant team. Hardworking team that makes your stay pleasnt. Hope we will come back someday in Lisbon. Amazing city, amazing people.

This hotel features a sauna, just across the street from Entrecampos Metro Station. It serves a breakfast buffet which includes fresh juice, preserves and gourmet coffee.

They cleaned my room daily even if I had a dog with me. I got new towels etc. daily. Staff was always on happy mood. Breakfast was tasty, lot of extremely good fruit and juices. All that is nowadays luxurious and no longer obvious at hotels.
