Rooms were adjusted, so the room was big enough with two bathrooms. Service is excellent, very polite staff. Mini bar was free for the first use. Coffee 24h free, and water was provided in the room but also in the lobby. Location is great with nice view.

Convenient check-in and quick communication with the host. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable, and safe. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to prepare breakfast, including a blender, toaster, and coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is located in a very convenient place - in the old town, close to the railway station, easy to get to the bus station, if you plan to look at other cities (Evora, Obidus). In the area many taverns with Fado, souvenir shops, tram 28. In short, if you are without a car, the place is super with a historical vibe.
Classically, as in the old town, the rooms are not very spacious, but for us 3 persons, it was ok.

The property was in the best part of the old city and was beautiful - We had every facility we could need in the apartment. Our hosts went out of their way to be accommodating and spent time with us to ensure we were fully equipped to have a great time in Lisbon. Faboulous in every way. Small hotell, familiar atmosphere, really dedicated staff who took care of everything smooth and quickly and with a smile on their faces. The breakfast lounge really nice and the breakfast menu consisted of everything that we wanted. We would book this hotel again if we return to Lisbon.

Amazing location, lot of privacy in the apartment. Wherever you go it is downstairs to home 🙂. Something that you will cherish a lot after day of walking upstairs. Staff is very friendly and nice. It is an apartment but you get full service as in hotel. Good breakfast and coffee places just in front of the building, as well as for evening vine or beer.

What a great location in Alfama, easy to find and quiet, despite being really close to the action.
Ema is an amazing host, from prior to arrival she went out of her way to ensure we knew how to get there, and provided recommendations. Before we left she even offered to book us a taxi as we had such an early flight. We came via train from Porto and it was a five minute walk from Santa Apolonia. And flying out the airport is only 20 mins away in an Uber.
The apartment is compact, but I think that is reflected in the price. It was clean, well appointed, and perfect for our needs.
Lisbon is a great city, I can't wait to return and I'd certainly stay again the same place.
Casa Alfama Apartment is recently renovated and includes a living room with a flat-screen TV.

The host was amazingly open and supportive! He was there for aby questions, ready to help, but also not overwhelming when all was going great. The appartment was the best (especially comparing to others in Alfama) - very well equipped and with awesome bed that allowed us really good sleep ♥️
