The hotel is located in the heart of Alfama, the historic part of Lisbon. Front rooms have a beautiful view of the Portas do Sol viewpoint. The hotel combines the experience of chain hotels with an individual approach to each client. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful and thanks to the cleaning staff the hotel is perfectly clean. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfasts are very tasty, you can also make free coffee or tea in the coffee machine in the lobby. Downstairs there is a drink bar, where you can order drinks and snacks and enjoy life to the sounds of really great jazz music.

We ablsolutely loved the location and the host. I cannot praise Ana enough. She was amazing, so kind and helpful. She made us feel at home and was there for anything we needed. And speaking of home, the location is really at the heart of Alfama. The flat was lovely with everything you might need.
We already know that we'll definitely come back to the same place.

The host was amazingly open and supportive! He was there for aby questions, ready to help, but also not overwhelming when all was going great. The appartment was the best (especially comparing to others in Alfama) - very well equipped and with awesome bed that allowed us really good sleep ♥️

Firstly, the location of the property is fantastic! The flat is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. 2 bathrooms are a massive bonus! The flat is tastefully decorated, fully equipped with anything you may need during your stay and is situated in a middle of historic Alfama district, so we walked everywhere. There are many restaurants and bars around and even a few small shops with basic food and drink supplies. The view from the windows is amazing too. Very easy process of checking in and out. I really appreciated communication with the host. Vanessa was fantastic, firstly, before the stay, to modify the booking as we got our dates wrong and secondly during our stay in Lisbon. I would like to come back to Lisbon when it’s a bit cooler and less busy and I will be booking this property again.
