The property looked so much better than on the pictures. Sparkling clean and equipped with everything I could possibly need during my stay. Although not centrally located, it only took about 20-25 min to walk to Funchal (not as steep as it seemed!). Superbly stocked supermarket very close by. Nice view from the terrace. Excellent communication with the host. I had a great, relaxing stay and would happily go there again.

I absolutely loved the closure of the Funchal downtown. In addition, Margarita and Rita were super helpful and kind - I felt truly like home. Also the Quinta is quiet place to stay and has a wonderful garden for morning walks. Breakfast was also always fresh and super delicious! The place itself made my vacation even better.

Perfect apartment, perfect stay. Balcony is nice, although it may be windy there :-) Parking place available on two nearby streets. Some good restaurants few metres away. Luis is a very friendly person - and there was a welcome gift waiting for us in the apartment. The discount to SPAR market in the same building is a nice bonus. I totally recommmend Ventur Flat.

Excellent place, very well run. The sunset on the terrace after a day of discovering the city or the island is priceless. Our host was present but discreet, with a lot of small attentions and good advice. Absolutely perfect and better than anticipated for the price. Go without a doubt if you are lucky and the room is available.
