This stay was excellent on all accounts. The staff were amazing, the place was comfortable and clean, there are extra services like a co-working space, coffee and tea corner. They let me leave my things after checking out. I was always greeted with a smile.

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, right in the middle of old town San Juan. It's easy walking to both the castles/fortress, and it was great to step out of the hotel and wander the old town. Close by are coffee shops, restaurants and cafe. An excellent restaurant, Barrachina, is just around the corner. With excellent seafood it's also the home of the Pinnacolada., not to be missed. The Hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Make sure you use the cab rank at a cost of $24, and not the limo taxis inside the terminal. The Hotel is ideally located, comfortable and very friendly.

My room was located by pool. The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is next to Senor Frogs and Walgreens. If you're a cruiser then this is the place to be.
