The condo was so well decorated and the cleanliness impeccable. It is located half way between Old San Juan and Condado neighborhood. We loved the walkable distance. There is a 24/7 concierge. And communication with the owner was the easiest.

Beautiful property in a great location! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. We were having some drinks at the bar in the lounge and I heard the staff getting awful treatment from guests who showed up hours before check-in, hadn't paid for an early check-in, but were complaining that they couldn't get access to their rooms. There were two groups doing this at the same time. We left and went to get food elsewhere and came back to collect our luggage and they had stayed in the lobby the whole time, going up to the desk periodically and complaining to the staff. The staff kept their composure and were absolute professionals. They also made sure that other guests weren't affected. It's a little pricier than other hotels in the area but totally worth it for the beautiful décor and the amazing location!

The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, right in the middle of old town San Juan. It's easy walking to both the castles/fortress, and it was great to step out of the hotel and wander the old town. Close by are coffee shops, restaurants and cafe. An excellent restaurant, Barrachina, is just around the corner. With excellent seafood it's also the home of the Pinnacolada., not to be missed. The Hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Make sure you use the cab rank at a cost of $24, and not the limo taxis inside the terminal. The Hotel is ideally located, comfortable and very friendly.

My room was located by pool. The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is next to Senor Frogs and Walgreens. If you're a cruiser then this is the place to be.
