Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, the room was very modern but same time cosy. We didn’t have a breakfast but within room price we could use coffee machine with no limit. We are planning to return to PURO hotel after New Year.

English translation: I usually don’t write reviews, but this time I really wanted to thank the team behind this place. Everything was just excellent. It’s a brand-new hotel that opened about one or two months ago after renovation. A cool, modern design — stylish and definitely not standard or boring. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of the city. You step outside, and you’re already in the center. Breakfast is served in a stylish bistro — it feels more like having breakfast in a trendy city café. Coffee is made by hand, not from an automatic machine. One of the girls made a cappuccino just like in a specialty coffee shop (she even poured a heart or rosetta on top — I don’t remember exactly). It was an excellent cappuccino. Although, later another girl made one that wasn’t good at all — an automatic machine might have done it better. We were traveling with a dog. There were no extra charges for having a pet, which was amazing — many hotels say pets are allowed but then surprise you with an additional fee. Here, they exceeded my expectations — at check-in we even received a blanket and a bowl for the dog to make her stay comfortable. There’s also a small, cozy sauna downstairs (included in the room rate). Staff: Marcela, the girl at reception, helped us choose the most suitable room, which allowed us to save a bit of money. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the booking, but the manager at the reception handled it perfectly, and we were able to stay all three of us in a more comfortable room that already had an extra bed for our child. Michal, the young man at the reception, was also very helpful and attentive. All in all — everything was great: the service, the hotel itself, its location, and the price. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed the room and each and every detailed well thought . Clean and cozy to find whatever you need ! Good location with close to center. The team is helpful and the breakfast is good compare to the rest providing only croissant and coffee . Only recommendation would be the lights in the reception might be more welcoming than cold white and dimmed atmosphere
