The room was very clean and comfortable, I am very sensible with noise and even of the hotel in near a main street, I didn’t heard anything. The location is great, one tram from the Wroclaw Main Train Station and walking distance, like 5min of the old town. The personnel was very nice.

From the moment we entered the lobby was everything just perfect. The Receptionist showed us on a map his favorite Cafés and places to visit, he was super friendly but professional.
The weekend in Hotel Monopol was a birthday surprise for my bf and there was a little present in the room for him, we've got a little surprises on our bed every evening, it was just so friendly!
The absolute Highlight was the whirpool bathtub. Ah, and they use L'occitane products, which made us even more comfortable because we love the label.
We are already trying to squeeze a free weekend to our work schedules because we are definitely coming back.
Oh and the cocktails in hotel bar are top!!!

Enjoyed the room and each and every detailed well thought . Clean and cozy to find whatever you need ! Good location with close to center. The team is helpful and the breakfast is good compare to the rest providing only croissant and coffee . Only recommendation would be the lights in the reception might be more welcoming than cold white and dimmed atmosphere
