The building is an '800ish villa excellently renewed. Rooms are ample, clean, comfortable. The position is very convenient to reach the University of Science and Technology. The breakfast was of excellent quality, with choices of sweet and salted food.

Really nice apartment with large balcony and pretty view. Modern, equiped and clean interior. Breakfast delivered to the front door. Big plus for underground garage parking - included in price. Main sqare is in the walking distance - 10 min. Next year im going to definitely book againg!

A small studio-type apartment in a newly built multi-apartment building. Free street parking is available. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary (coffee machine, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, kitchen utensils, etc.). There are two grocery stores right next to the building. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. A tram depot is located nearby — you can hear it, but it wasn’t particularly disturbing. We stayed with two dogs (pet-friendly).

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The location is excellent – just a 15-minute walk to the city center. Having a private parking spot was a huge convenience. The apartment itself is modern, with a stylish renovation and equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a coffee maker, fridge, oven, hairdryer.
