Interesting, funky designed hotel in a very nice location.

Comfy rooms, excellent spa, very helpful and polite receptionists

Really nice and clean apartment with perfect position in the city. The neighborhood looks modern and friendly. Metro station in walking distance. It takes about 20min to get to the historical center (walking+metro). Instructions for arrival and parking the car were excellent.

Location was easy to find. Just some security guy outside was nasty while I parked the car in front of the entrance to underground parking as You need first to go to the room and pick up the keys to open the entrance to underground parking. Otherwise the flat is modern and nicely equiped. The entrance with code is nice as You do not have to wait for the host, keys etc. Bus stop in nearby and metro station is just one bus stop away. To the old town it is just five bus stops.

Amazing new, cozy apartment in the Praga district. Very clean and tidy and has everything you might need - from dishes to the washing machine. Responsive and pleasant host that answered any questions we had promptly. The location is in the updated and hip part of New Praga. Groceries shop 6-23 in the same building, Lidl in the next building. Very well connected train, bus and metro stations just around the corner, and huge shopping mall at the same place that has everything from Starbucks to clothes boutiques. PGE Narodowy - just one metro station. One of my best stays in Warsaw and I will surely try to stay here again anytime I am here.

The location of this property could not be better. Just a stone's throw from the ZOO (with the history of the Zabinski family); two streets away from the Mała street where The Pianist was filmed; close to the PGE Narodowy stadium and 3 stops away by tram from the Old Town Square. This is a ground floor apartment (which I considered a drawback upon realizing it) with large windows facing the street. However, the windows are equipped with bars & when open, the passers-by did not even bother to look. Street parking is available & is free of charge during weekends (we managed to find a slot right in front of the apartment's windows). The noise from the street was minimal & did not bother us at all. The apartment is sensitively decorated in a vintage style combined with modern elements whilst maintaining its old atmosphere. It is cozy & we felt very homely. The kitchen is equipped with just everything you may need for tea/coffee (even some small cooking) incl. a tiny fridge. The bathroom is just the right size, the washbasin is comfortably elevated & if you've forgotten some toiletries, you'll find a back-up here. The bed is of a size more suitable for one person but there is a sofa available and it is more comfortable than the bed. The owner kept some useful information on the apartment's surroundings & on sightseeing in Warsaw & how to get there. We appreciated the owner's request not to wear outdoor shoes inside the apartment. All-in-all, I'm happy I did not read all the reviews when booking our stay (and didn't learn about the ground floor level), as we would not come to discover this little gem. We had a wonderful stay here (and in Warsaw altogether) and will be happy to book this accommodation again (if we find an available slot!).
