Pefectly comfortable room, sparkling clean, literally, the most comfortable hotel bed I'd experienced so far, knowledgeable and courteous staff, excellent service, good breakfast, great spa facilities, location of the hotel - great. Very stylish hotel, 20 mins walk from the Wawel. The room is really nice, comfortable bed. We loved the breakfast. In the room free minibar and a bottle of Prosecco . The jacuzzi on the roof is amazing.

The whole accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Rooms were very nice and comfy, a "welcome set" was a very nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and sent to the room. Very pleasant personal. The place of the hotel is the best, it is really at the square and everything is close.
