The location is great. Quiet area, near the Old Town. Public transportation is one of the best we have seen. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, the room was spacious and convenient. It's highly recommended.

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very kind, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is good—there are bus and tram stops next to the hotel, and you can reach the old town in just a few minutes. If I return to Krakow, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Really cool experience! Just a few minutes walk outside of the tourist zone that made the nights quiets and the views spectacular. Really friendly and easy check in/check out. Comfortable bed and living area - a great place to sit and watch it rain if you can't get outside. They mentioned spacing out showers to allow for more hot water, but we always had plenty!
