Good location, it's approximately 10 min to the beach. There are coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. The building is new, there's an elevator and a parking place. Unfortunately you don't have your 'private parking slot', you just take the free one and I can imagine, that in summer it could be difficult. There were TVs in every room, dish washer (tabs included), coffemashine (coffe included), microwave and a stove. Wifi was good.
