Very friendly and helpful staff! Great breakfast! Awesome complimentary activities and facilities! Also a fantastic location in the middle of the old town! Definitely recommending the walking city tour provided by the hotel and a trip to the sauna in the basement! There was a bit of a misunderstanding regarding our taxi pick-up at the airport but Annika, the lovely member of staff at the reception, quickly recognized the issue and offered multiple compensations to accommodate us and the issue. We felt very supported and understood.

Great hotel right in the middle of the old town only a few minutes walk to the famous Crane Gate. Beautiful restaurants and bars all around. Breakfast was included and very nice. Elevator to the parking garage was available. Gdansk by the way is an absolute MUST SEE ! Recommended !
