The hotel is situated at a 5 minute walk from the very famous SM Mall of Asia - Manila.
The location is awesome. Just 20 odd minute drive from the airport and the area is generally very less traffic when compared to the other crazy traffic area of Manila. Because of the proximity to the Massive Mall (6th largest in the world), there are countless options of eateries, bars, shopping, Cafe in the mall itself. The promenade opposite the hotel also has several eateries that are open till late in the night and not very expensive compared to the area that the Hotel is in.
We got a studio apartment which had a Big Fridge, Electric Stove, Utensils and a decent size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big and we had a dining table, chair and sofa as well.
We got a very decent deal of US 1500 odd for 10 nights with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child.
The internet was good spee. The staff was very friendly as well. I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and the staff and receptioon staff was kind enough to allow me to charge laptop for 3-4 nights.

I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. Check-in and check-out were smooth, thanks to the detailed instructions provided by the host. Highly recommend this place!

The Guest house was very nice place to stay in, I think the best in Philippines! I strongly recommend this host! The hostess was very hospitable. They keep their comfortable place within the family, it is so cute! Also there are dogs, but if you don’t like it, you can not contact with them! The breakfast was fantastic and the price super! Asia mall is near, the food market is near and this hotel has the yard , not on the street, with mangos!!!!!!

It is very clean and perfectly equipped apartment near Terminal 3 Manila Airport, you can use the bridge and go by walk from Terminal 3. Be prepared to contact the owner (whatsapp, booking, phone call) so that they wait for you at the reception. This house (this house number) has two entrances, you need to use the one which is nearer to the McDonalds.
It's is near restaurants, ATM's, you can buy everything you need after you arrive to Manila.

This condo is conveniently located. Malls and restaurants are just walking distance. The condo is very clean and stylish feels like hotel vibes. Donna was very responsive. She gave a clear instructions of self check-in. It was my first time experiencing self check-in and what a great experience of smooth and hassle free process.
