The hotel is situated at a 5 minute walk from the very famous SM Mall of Asia - Manila.
The location is awesome. Just 20 odd minute drive from the airport and the area is generally very less traffic when compared to the other crazy traffic area of Manila. Because of the proximity to the Massive Mall (6th largest in the world), there are countless options of eateries, bars, shopping, Cafe in the mall itself. The promenade opposite the hotel also has several eateries that are open till late in the night and not very expensive compared to the area that the Hotel is in.
We got a studio apartment which had a Big Fridge, Electric Stove, Utensils and a decent size bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and big and we had a dining table, chair and sofa as well.
We got a very decent deal of US 1500 odd for 10 nights with breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child.
The internet was good spee. The staff was very friendly as well. I had forgotten my laptop charger at home and the staff and receptioon staff was kind enough to allow me to charge laptop for 3-4 nights.

This hostel feels like a 5-star hotel. The room, bathroom, and communal areas are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and you get a large locker to store all your belongings. The bathroom has many stalls and hot water. Welcoming and professional staff. Good location close to airport and Mall of Asia. Late checkout is available for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this place if you have an overnight layover or need to stay in Pasay.

Tess the owner was very friendly and considerate. The history of the building told by Tess was impressive and made me appreciate all the many years of work behind the service. The decor evidenced the history.
The catering was very personal and customised as breakfast was served on a beautiful balcony overlooking a large old fruit tree arching over the entrance. At night you can see fruit bats circling the fruit tree.
My children were able to pick their own fresh letuce for breakfast in their hydroponic garden and it was served immediately. They enjoyed the pancakes!!
We stayed in the family room which had a very comfortable king size bed and everything was spotless. The shower was very nice and spacious.
Tess was very accommodating allowing late check in and also providing us with a last minute single room for an extra guest and parking. The entrance reception had a nice welcoming ambience and photos with written reviews by travellers from around the world complimenting their stay were pinned on the wall.
I would definitely like to stay there again and would reccomend. Thanks Tess and team!
