This hostel feels like a 5-star hotel. The room, bathroom, and communal areas are exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and you get a large locker to store all your belongings. The bathroom has many stalls and hot water. Welcoming and professional staff. Good location close to airport and Mall of Asia. Late checkout is available for a reasonable fee. I highly recommend this place if you have an overnight layover or need to stay in Pasay.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this historical Spanish Guesthouse!!.
The stuff was incredible and made us feel at home. Our room was cozy and beautifully decorated such as antiques and that made for a relaxing gateway. The rates were very reasonable for such a unique experience. The location was ideal at first i didn't know that there is a hotel inside of a yellow gate. and when i see the guesthouse i wanna gatekeep it to others HAHAHAHA I love our vacation here.

Host was fantastic - responsive to every and any query I had. We arrived out the front and he was there to greet us and take us to our rooms, assist with bags and make sure we had everything. Lot of security guards both an entrance to property and around - all very nice and helpful. Unit was great for a night with kitchen, dining, lounge area and bedroom with bathroom. Room was lovely and cool when we arrived. Was exactly like photos.

This condo is conveniently located. Malls and restaurants are just walking distance. The condo is very clean and stylish feels like hotel vibes. Donna was very responsive.
