Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). Hotel with excellent facilities. Ambience +++ and safe....Comfortable room and clean. Location adjacent to nearest mall - Shangrila Plaza and SM.

I only had breakfast once and paid in cash on arrival, it was a good buffet with a lot of options, but personally I want something lighter and few in the morning than a lot of variety.

1. Staff. From check-in till check-out time all my contacts with the personel was pleasant and positive. The staff is helpful and polite. My requests was completed quickly and friendly. 2. Location. Good modern district of Manila. Huge shopping center nearby. A lot of restarants in foodcourt area nearby. And of course 7-Eleven only 50 meters far from the backdoor of the hotel. 3. We took 2-bedroom appartments because I treveled with my family (4 persons). There was one bedroom with bathroom for adults and one bedroom with two separate beds for kids. There was a big living room with the kitchen and aditional toilet. Kithen contein all that is needed, refregarator, dinnerware, even washing machine. Conditioners and TV in every room. I think, this appartments is most convinient for the families. 4. Breakfast and dining. A lot of dishes, good choise for breakfast and during the day. Perfect choise of wine, I didn't see on Philippines like in this hotel. 5. Swimming-pool. Located on the third floor it is on the terrase. Even on the very hot days water stays not so hot and very refreshing. I liked this hotel so much so we even stayed there on our way back for the second time.

There was nothing not to like. Everything was of high quality and the customer service is at par with any 5-star hotel chain. Special thanks to Ezra (front desk), Elisha (restaurant), Glenn (housekeeping) and the countless folks that provided me with such top-notch customer care.

When I opened the curtains and seen the view, I was taken back at how spectacular it was and look forward to returning maybe next year!

We liked the daily housekeeping, the comfortable beds and the good supply of bottled water and tea. The gym was also quite impressive and well equipped. Lastly it was a great convenient location right next to the shopping mall.
