The whole hotel is clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet selection for both continental and Filipino menus are superb. Location is great! Just literally across Greenbelt.

As a guest who has visited all four and five star hotels in Makati during many stays in Manila, I have to say that in my opinion the Sommerset central stands out among these good hotels. Of course, every rating depends on personal preferences, but I particularly like this hotel too because of the friendliness of the staff. In general, employees in the Philippines try far more to be helpful than in many other countries. but in the summer set Central they are slightly surpassed

From check-in to check-out everything went really well. Communications with the team was easy and all questions we had very quickly answered. The room was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed itself was so comfy (perfect after a long-haul flight). Absolutely enjoyed our stay!

It was perfect, from the key handover, extra services for extra bed, extend stay etc.
The apartment is clean, cosy and of course in a great location. The communication was at all times very easy and helpful.
