The infinity pool and gym on the 8th floor are excellent. We did have to play detective to figure out which floor they were on. Walking distance to shopping mall, Rizal Park and tourist attractions.

To start, the staff responded to my messages quickly, that's a big thumbs up from me since I was a little worried cause I was booking the rooms for my parents in the Philippines while I'm in Canada using my credit card. I am also grateful that my special request upon booking was granted. The hotel is just a short walk to Saint Lukes extension clinic where my parents needed to do the medical exam for Canadian visa (the reason I pick this hotel in the fist place) and the sumptuous breakfast that my family enjoyed was the cherry on top.

Service and cordiality are a distinctive feature of this historic hotel. The property is in the Spanish colonial style, very elegant and well kept. The value for money is truly amazing, my partner and I could not find a single flaw with our stay. We didn't have a chance to try the pool and spa+gym, so we can't say how it is. Room service is fast, not too expensive, all employees are always extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned and tidied up completely every morning. We consider ourselves absolutely satisfied.

Great service from the whole team, well-informed, fast response, seamless booking for our shuttle ride from the airport to hotel, and vice versa. All staff are really warm and friendly, greeted by a clean and good smelling room, although the room is small size we dont mind at all. Love the poster map about the nearest attractions in the room. Overall, it was an amazing stay for me and my husband.
