A very relaxing and enjoyable three nights at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Everything was in excellent working order from the quiet, split system A/C ( very important) to the warm shower. Housekeeping staff were friendly and informative. Thanks to Ryan at reception for displaying professionalism and surprised me with an early check-in, as my room happened to be already cleaned. The view of Manila Bay was awesome and there is a delightful coffee shop next door. Thanks to all.

Impeccable staff from the doorman to the executive chef. We were in Manila for a wedding at the Sheraton Manila Bay and extended our stay by 4 days. It is a credit to the management that their people showed pure joy in executing their roles. The wedding ran like clockwork and was seamless from start to finish.
