Customer service is exceptional in Acacia Hotel. Staff friendliness and willingness to give assistance in times of need is beyond my expectations. I got sick during my stay and receptionists organized a nurse to take me to the nearest medical center. It was very comforting knowing I was in safe hands. Hats off to all the staffs in Acacia Hotel

The view from my room is amazing. The service of the staff is fantastic, helpful and friendly. The restaurant is impressive.
The room that we were in is spacious and comfortable. We like the minimalist but elegant design of the room.

I like that it is worth for its price. It is indeed cozy, the bed is comfortable, the view from the window is refreshing, the aircon is working fine. A bit of a con is the space but it's not an issue for couples just seeking a place to relax. Recommended!
