The staff was friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information while remaining proactive. The room was cleaned daily and met expectations. The beach was conveniently close, just a 10-minute walk away, with a shuttle service operating on a regular schedule to the beach. On weekends, the breakfast menu featured a variety of options.

We have only spent a night (a longer overnight layover we had in Cebu) but it turned out to be a good decision. The place is clean, a residential building in the safe new developing area of the city, being close to many restaurants and shops.

It was a great stay experience, the landlord and room management were very responsible and the service was timely. Robinson's Supermarket is downstairs, and there are many restaurants and other supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. There is a free exercise room and an oversized swimming pool, which are all free of charge. I go swimming every day. It's a great experience.

This is in the Newtown area (far from Cebu city). Location is quite near the airport. Restaurants, eateries & grocery stores are walking distance. We have to pay to access/see any of the beaches. The condo unit was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen & bathroom/toilets are complete with amenities with lots of towels. The fridge was stocked with beer & water "for sale." Free Netflix too. We would book this again if ever we stayed in the Mactan area.

Great location, very close to some good restaurants, and fast food outlets. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower has good supply of hot water. Television had free access to Netflix and other tv channels.
