We had initially booked a room with a private garden; however, it turned out to be very dark, with the floor and bed linen being damp due to humidity. We approached the hotel staff to inquire about moving to another room, and they graciously provided us with an even higher category room at no extra charge—an adorable suite with a separate living room, boasting brightness and coziness.
The entire staff was exceedingly helpful and kind, readily available to assist with any queries.
Breakfasts were delightful, despite most options being made from similar ingredients.
I would certainly recommend Ferra Hotel as the perfect place to stay on lovely Boracay

I really like the staff they were so helpful especially the pool bar the bartender Michael and the staff Jose was such a nice company since we couldn’t go to the beach because of the weather he was so nice to entertain us he also offered to guide us to places since we didn’t know where to go and we felt safe as we were all girls we were not so sure about going out just us since we didn’t felt safe at all so when he offered we felt safe when he guided us to places so we enjoyed our Boracay trip because of Michael the hospitality on this hotel is the best they go beyond on what your gonna expect it was such a nice experience thank to Michael and Jose. I will seriously recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The room are comfortable. The food is well and the beach view of the crust restaurant is great.
The swimming pool are always clean, with towel and ice water.

I personally loved it. Some might consider it far and would get bumped out by the fact that it's next to the cemetery, but I think it was great value for the money. It's like staying at the Shangri-la on a budget. The room was so comfortable and the surroundings very green. Almost like a jungle. The only annoying thing was the walk to the beack.It was short but very dark at night.Didn t look the nicest

The rooms are very clean and modern with style. Luxurious amenities. Close to everything, right at the centre of Boracay! The nighly shows at the restaurant area were also good, just be prepared to hear it at night when you sleep but for the most part, the room was pretty well insulated.
