This was our 2nd stay out of 2 with hikes sandwiched between) We had a laundry mishap down the road (same day express service didnt come back until next day - not booked via hotel), and the 3 staff that were staffed around the clock helped relay the message and had our late laundry delivered to our final destination in Lima. Excellent breakfast and box prepared if you need to leave early, and they helped cheap taxi services to airport and train stations.

The staff was friendly and very helpful, for example contacted the tour operator by phone after we had waited pass the tour pickup time. The room was clean, big and comfortable beds, warm shower etc. Our tours began so early that we didn't have a chance to eat the hotel's breakfast but they gave us breakfast to go the time we wished. The location in the city center was also very good.

Everything about this hotel is just perfect!. We spent 2 nights in a different room at this hotel (because we left for Machu Picchu on the 2nd night in Cuzco) and both of them are amazing. The room was super cozy, clean, comfortable and have all the facilities you need for a stay. Breakfast was delicious. And all the staffs are very nice and helpful.
Definitely recommended for everyone!

The hotel is in excellent location, the staffs are nice and friendly. Gave us advice on where to visit and how to get there. Our room ( Colonial Family Suit) is so spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable. Bed linen also smells good. My children and I love the jacuzzi,.so relaxing after Machu Picchu trip.

Amazing hostel with excellent facilities, comfy beds, fun activities and super friendly staff. Pape, at the bar, was especially great at creating an atmosphere (getting people to try "Pariwana bombs"). It was quiet enough in the rooms downstairs to sleep despite the music which was cut off promptly at 1am regardless (earplugs are provided). All the staff were super helpful and friendly. You could buy anything from shampoo to M&Ms to vapes at the front desk which was useful. The laundry service was quick and well-priced. Out of all the activities, my brother and I especially loved the salsa class and flip cup tournament. It was super easy to meet people but the party vibe didn't feel overbearing - more friendly and easygoing. I highly recommend!!
