Everything. The staff was so kind. You could ask everything to them. Athenas in the bar and Sarita at the reception were so nice and friendly! Also the food is the best I have eaten in Cusco. The laundry service is really cheap and you get your clothes back quickly!

The staff were amazing. , location, security, staff help with taxi, drop off laundry back next day or same day. There is a travel desk also, Grace was so very helpful, very kind , had the answers to my questions. Great hotel in a nice quiet location near the centre of Cusco. The rooms are located around a lovely courtyard with great views of Cusco and the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They agreed to keep our luggage while we spent a night near Machu Picchu. When we got back, Our luggage was in our room. A very nice touch. We also really liked the breakfast and complimentary coca tea.

Staff were amazing and it was especially helpful most knew english too!. We had an early start for a day tiur and they had a breakfast bag ready for us at 4am for on the road! Our room was also spotlessly cleaned every day - we were amazed! We loved our stay here! Thank you so much.
