The staff have been brilliant from check-in to our departure. They have been so accommodating. And the beds are so comfortable. After a very long day of torturing we were really looking forward to that bed.

Big room, lockers next to every bed, also outlet and light and comfortable beds. Social hostel and they had acitivities everyday. The facilities in the description is all true. Great location.

Amazing staff, I arrived early around 9am and they checked me in early into my room as well as upgrading me to a suite. The room and breakfast also exceeded my expectations. Could not recommend this hotel enough, I would love to come back and stay again in the future.

This accomodation blew my expectations, and I could not recommend a better place to stay! It was stunning and historic, beautifully clean with the most friendly and helpful staff. The cooked breakfast in the morning was made to order, exceptional. They even stored luggage and made a breakfast to go for our trip to the Inca Trail! Great location, a must stay if you are in Cusco.

Everything was great. It surprised us how quiet the rooms were even though the hotel is next to a busy street. People working there are very friendly. They kept our luggage for 3-4 days on two occasions (Salkantay and the Amazon). Breakfast always the same, but tasty.
