We had a wonderful stay at MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home in Cusco. The hotel is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and perfectly located—close enough to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for rest and recovery.
What truly made our experience exceptional was Jasmine at the reception. When my husband developed altitude sickness, Jasmine went above and beyond to look after us. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and proactive—checking in on him, offering helpful advice, and making sure we felt supported and cared for at all times. Her calm presence and genuine concern made a stressful situation so much easier to manage.
The level of hospitality and human warmth we experienced here is rare. It’s clear that the staff truly care about their guests, not just as customers but as people.
We are deeply grateful to Jasmine and the entire MOAF team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco, especially if you value comfort, care, and outstanding service.

Miguel was very nice! The interior is so nice - loved the paintings! Very cosy common areas. Can have hot tea any time. Have a microvave and a fridge. Have a laundry service. Have social activities in the bar every night. Breakfast is very nice and has a selection you can choose from. There is a nice view of the mountains in the mornings from the breakfast zone. Bar has a wide menu till 10pm (very delicious) and sells drinks till 2am. Receptionist available 24hrs. Common area has nice music on, but inside the rooms is very quiet. Beds are very comfortable with warm blankets, bed-light and plugs. All is very clean. Location is just in the center with plenty of shops, restaurants, and places of interest around. Have a free 2-hours walking tour around the city. The best homie atmosphere gives a feeling of being welcomed.

The Hosteria is located very central, yet it is very quiet. The green yards and ample place to rest and enjoy a complimentary hot beverage was great.
I was also able to leave my luggage free of charge at the Hosteria while taking a 4 day hike.

The location is in the middle of everything there is
to do in the city. The hotel is beautiful designed and tje rooms were amazing.
The most important thing for was the staff, such nice people always want to help with everything.

My stay at Antigua Casona in Cusco was simply fantastic. From the smooth check-in process to the incredibly delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. The room was charming and cozy, and given how cold Cusco gets in the evenings, they brought me a hot water bottle and a special nighttime tea to help me sleep better. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, and the boutique style of the hotel added to the overall charm. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would love to return.
