The staff were very professional and courteous- happily storing our baggage as we arrived much earlier than check in. The room was huge and very clean. A great little kitchen. A flat screen Tv that worked (with a USB stick)! and it's near the university district that is full of small supermarkets and excellent cafes. The rooftop pool is a very attractive spot to hang out and gaze over the rooftops. We only stayed for 1 night, but a longer stay would have been great.

The front desk staff was always so nice! They know both Spanish and English, so while I am learning Spanish and able to speak that language with them, I stayed here last year, and spoke to them in English, so I know that the persons at reception are fluent in both.
