Room was very clean, bed very comfy! Yes, it is refurbished and Curtis, front staff super friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available, very close to food and city center, and all the fun activities.

Our unit we stayed in , It had everything we needed. It was the only accommodation we could find in Rotorua that had our dates available for 10 days in December . Everywhere else was booked out. Great place to stay, My kids enjoyed staying here also.
