Easy to find. Doable distance from the Picton car ferry and Abel Tasman.. Excellent facilities. Pleasant friendly staff who gave good recommendations for an evening meal and helped us to use the laundry. Off street parking right outside the apartment. Good place to visit the Nelson attractions, particularly the car museum with its cafe and excellent gift shop. Highly recommended.

Location was ok but a bit of a walk for restaurants, pubs, or entertainment. Clean. The spa was wonderful. Needed after a couple of rough travel days. Receptionist was very pleasant and informative. Parking was easy. Easy access both in and out
