The property was spotlessly clean beautifully decorated, the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in on our trip through the North Island Kay was a great host There is no complaints from us at all I go far as saying it the best accommodation we’ve stayed in so far

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The staff did a great job and provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were very considerate and allowed us to check in early since we had travelled a long distance and needed to rest — we truly appreciated that. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen utensils and supplies were very helpful. We also loved that they provided coffee, tea, milk, and sugar, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, it was a great stay and we felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!

The owner was very friendly and helpful with information about the area, restaurants, etc. Our unit was very nicely designed and tastefully decorated with lots of extras (coffee, tea, cookies, drinks, etc., as well dishes, utensils and glasses; upon request, he brought us a microwave). There was a nice patio with a table and chairs. The property is across the street from the ocean and free street parking is conveniently located just outside the gate. Quiet location with lots of dining options nearby.
