Stayed at the 12th level, great harbour view, location is my favourite, near Viaduct harbour, with all restaurants and shops within minutes.
Comfortable bed, spacious room, delicious breakfast, especially the eggs plating, that was better than high end restaurants.

The rooms are very well appointed,, everything you might like is there. Great location and carparking is very accessible. Friendly staff. Did not use the dining facilities but they look nice too.

We arrived at 03h00 and were understandably a little anxious about gaining access to our apartment, but our hosts gave absoluely clear details for collecting the keys! Unique location on Princes Wharf, within easy walking distance of the Ferry Terminal on Queens Wharf, departure point for City Tours, the Sky Tower and many food outlets including several top restaurants. Wonderful views across Auckland Harbour and towards the CBD, and an added bonus was awaking to find a cruise liner berthed no more than 25m from our balcony! Spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. Highly recommended and would certainly return if the opportunity arose

The location for us was just perfect. The bed, the aircon, bathroom, and amenities! Right on the harbour front near to the ferries. Only a 5 min walk to our favourite restaurant Oyster & Chop in the viaduct harbour and the rest of the CBD. The large corner terrace was incredible. Huge in size and perfect for each end of the day!

View was great, with good sized balcony. Nice having the outside heater, BBQ. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies. Comfy bed. Free guaranteed underground parking is a bonus. Location also great. Was all really good. I have stayed at the Viaduct often and this is best place I have stayed. Will stay again. Host was really helpful.
