Its clean, great location etc but absolutely stands out because of the amazing staff. They helped us a lot by arranging an early check in and were so nice with the baby and helping with the baggage. Would go here again when staying in auckland.

Incredibly clean and well presented suites in the heart of the CBD. A direct walk down queens street to the water front and a 5-10 minute walk to the sky tower.
Staff were very friendly and looked after our bags while we explored Auckland.
We would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here next time we’re in town.

We had our anniversary at fable, got free room upgrade, witch was amazing. Rooms are so pretty as is the rest of the hotel. Spa pool was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
