The staff were few but excellent at answering questions and helping meet any requests. Breakfast was excellent and customized to meet daily changes. The afternoon happy hour made the trip relaxing and reduced any stress about making dinner reservations during a holiday week stay.

Kerry is an amazing host. We've stayed for a few days to explore Auckland. Very generous host, clean rooms and great breakfast! Its located near Ponsonby, which is ideal as a starting point to explore the city. Definitely recommended if you want to get a good peek into the Auckland life.

The Great Ponsonby Arthotel is a charming 1890's heritage villa just 2 minutes stroll away from Ponsonby's vibrant centre.
