Loved the whole place and the exceptional service received. There was an issue with the washing machine. I sent a message, and they arranged for Raj to visit to check it out. Raj arrived before I was notified of the reply to my message. Raj was fantastic and solved the issue. Thanks to everyone for making our stay great.

House is very comfortable and clean, located in a quite area, 30 min driving to downtown. Breakfast food are well prepared, just enjoy it if don't want to go out for breakfast. With laundry (Washer and Dryer) is awesome. Perfect choice for self-driving traveller.

We stayed 5 nights. Everything was just exceptional! Cozy deluxe room suited our family of 4. Price, quality, location, close to Henderson Westcity mall, PaknSave. Breakfast included. Nice quiet area, with good parking. The room was fabulous, much nicer than I expected and super spacious. It was perfect for what I needed. Next time I'm in Auckland, I'd love to stay here again.

This was a lovely home away from home. The whole family loved the space and it was really welcoming and the welcome gift was a nice touch. The house is set out well with 2 living spaces, a sunny comfortable balcony deck, a completely enclosed back deck to hang washing. The bathrooms are great for families with a bath and shower in one and a shower in the other and two toilets. Hosts are lovely and communicative. Took photos of items we had inadvertently left behind and have arranged to courier them to me.
