Very friendly an helpful staff, checking on you constantly, wanting to know if everything was ok. Room was comfortable, clean, I had to wait for a hot water to come for a while, but it always did. Breakfast was good, plenty of choises. The area felt safe.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room had a really modern aesthetic and it was really clean. But the greatest charm of this place would be its staff!
Special mention to Pranam and Vivek for their excellent service and for the friendly chats! You’ve made our stay that much greater!

I was in this hotel for the second time.
When you come to Nepal for trekking, normally you fly to Kathmandu.
Here you can buy clothes and gear for the trek.
This hotel is in central location in Thamel, where are the shops and restaurants as well.
Only good things to say about the hotel; rooms, WiFi, breakfast and staff are excellent.
There is even a scale in the reception to weigh your bags and yourself, too !

Had a great time with crew member of Rest Up . Manager Gopi he is very kind and helpful . We organize EBC Trek with Gopi and found the best price and had a very great time . Everything was perfect as per the commitment . The guide , tea house and food were good . I highly recommend this hostel and gopi for stay in Kathmandu and travel, trek arrangement.

The hotel was in a fantastic location close to all the main sites in Thamel such as Mandala road. The rooms are clean and the beds were very comfy. The AC was strong too which is important!
The staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful.
Overall, for the price/quality ratio this place is perfect!

The hotel is perfect, location, rooms, breakfast, It is clean, beautiful rooftop, free pick up from the airport and the manager and the employees were really nice and helpful in any moment. We went because a friend's wedding and we had to take a lot of taxis, and they always helped to us several times. Thank you for everything! We will be back 😃
