Location is great, close to the tram going downtown, the rooms are spacious, comfortable clean and beautiful, the small balcony is amazing, the bathroom is clean and very easy. We were touched by the great hospitality of the hosts: coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper and even pop corn were available , as well as clothes detergent. All this is very precious when you are traveling with short stays. And they have been very responsive all over our stay.

The breakfast at the hotel was great. The hygiene is very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The attitude of the staff is also very good. It's just that the traffic is a little inconvenient. It takes seven or eight minutes to get to the nearest bus. Everything else was perfect, it would be nice to have more paper in the room.

Small gestures of hospitality, presented with humour. Some complimentary crisps a cold beverages, coffee pods, milk & sugar. Spacious room, very comfortable bed, good bedside lights for reading. Lovely shower & washer/dryer in the bathroom, should the need arise. I will definitely use numa services again. Quick responses, more than willing to assist. And Victor's Vinbar, right next door, is a gem.
