Warm welcome and excellent host. Room was very clean and had everything needed. Although very close to the city center, it was very quite. City center is on walking distance, property can also easily be reached with bus, stops in from of the property. Perfect breakfast and great view over the Singel at breakfast!

With its waterfront location, this hotel offers views of the old De Bilt fortress. Use of the spa facilities, fitness area and swimming pool is free of charge.

Relaxing environment. Clean and isolated well-sized room, comfortable bed, plentiful breakfast. A good restaurant with a kitchen open till 10 p.m., which is great for late arrivals.

Very roomy and comfortable summer (all season actually) house with all equipment you need. Just like home. Much bigger than expected. You can park your car next to it. Only 20 minutes walk from Utrecht city centre, but the nearest bus stop is just „around the corner". So are shops and a petrol station if you need them. Easy access to motorways. Good contact with the owner. There’s always somebody to help if you need. They speak english (it looks like everybody speaks english in The Netherlands ;) Beware of cyclists;)

The location of the hotel is very good, there is a supermarket nearby. Good transport links, train station, 20 minutes to the center. Inside the room is very clean and beautiful, everything is new. There are no insects and no one bothers you. The administrator was very nice and help to us in our questions.

Very large and comfortable room, nicely and sensibly arranged, spacious high-quality bathroom. The property is beautiful. All in all this hotel exceeded my expectations, given the quite reasonable price. I also appreciate that they let me check into my room before the official time.

We booked this hotel because all of the hotels closer to the Utrecht train station were booked. We didn't know it was a holiday. But it was a great location for us, my relatives live just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Utrecht. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and park across the street. Late checkout, for a small fee, was nice.

Very nice and quite place easy accessible from the city but also right near a lot of green areas. You can rent bicycles.
