The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to prepare a coffee, which is a plus for Italians :D the breakfast was fresh and varied and the location wonderful. A very delightful stay. We will come again if back in Utrecht

The hotel is very central located, right beside the train station and the shopping centre.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was big and clean. The bathroom had a big walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable.
Great spa, sauna and swimming facilities in the hotel..
The hydromassage bath in the room was AMAZING.
