The hotel itself looks very nice and clean from the entrance. The room and the bathroom aS clean as well. The room I stayed in had one of the best beds I have ever stayed in. it was extremely comfortable and they even had great pillows, which I always have problems with. It is made for a great rest. It was very quiet, so noise was not a problem at all.I think the location of the hotel is really great as well They had a screen showing a firework and firewood crackling sounds, which added for me to the level of comfort and relaxation.

Located in the heart of Rotterdam, The James Rotterdam is situated in the middle of vibrant streets like the Coolsingel, the Meent and the Lijnbaan. One of the best value for money hotels I've ever stayed at! It is located in the city center, 10 min walk from the train station and other major attractions. Rooms were nice and cozy (huge bed!) and we were given a room on one of the top floors with a nice view of the city (rooms go up to 18th floor). The hotel has a minimarket on the second floor with everything from croissants in the morning (until 12 PM) to sandwiches, water, juices, and even beer and wine. There is also a lounge on the second floor so you can just buy yourself a drink and enjoy a nice evening.

Located in the Oude Haven (Old Port) Rotterdam, this brand new citizenM Rotterdam is a stylish contemporary hotel, which is right at the city centre with many sights of the city. Everything was excellent, from the design of the common spaces, super nice furniture and lounge, room (small but very compact), breakfast, all in all - great stay! Would come back!
