Great location. 5 minutes walk from train and bus stations and 15 minutes from old town. Nice, helpful host and very nice room with large bathroom, comfy bed, tea and coffee, TV. Would definitely stay again.

I felt very welcome from the minute I came in to the hotel. The staff was extra much taking care and everybody was always smiling and also asking if there were anything that could do for us. I travelled woth my mother and we were both so happy with the hotel and hotel staff. Also big bonus to have the best hair dresser inside the hotel. He was also 100% and gave us lot of warm welcome. Everything! The location was awesome and the room was amazing!! Very quiet and a great view! The room was large and very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!! The Alex was a fantastic hotel and great value! The Staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Very happy I stayed here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Maastricht and wanting a hotel near the Hauptbahnhof.
