The apartment was exceptionally clean, well kept and fully furnished with extremely well thought out ammenities. If we needed more the host kindly showed us where to get more. The property is riverfront, so we were knew we weren’t going to be in the city centre, however, this was not an issue at all! It took 5-10mins by bus to get to Centraal Station. The many other benefits surpassed this “issue”. The communication was superb, Emi was welcoming, patient and helpful. She showed us around, gave us tips on what to do around the area, and was always one step ahead to elevating our experience at the apartment. Small things like keeping our locker keys safe when we forgot them and handing them to us as soon as she sees us. She was extremely hospitable and definitely made the stay much more comfortable.

The 3-star WestCord Art Hotel is situated on the edge of the historic centre of Amsterdam. A 15-minute walk through the Westerpark will get you to the heart of the city.

Everything was fine. Clean, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Hotel has garage which we need for rented car - not cheap, but much cheaper than parking on streets. We also rented bicycles in hotel - when you are in Amsterdam, act like Amsterdamer :)

This is an unusual property on the edge of the Jordaan district and close to Westerpark. Nearby there are coffee shops, bars, convenience stores and takeaways. The facilities are compact but clean and efficient. The draw for us, aside from the novelty factor was the views overlooking the water; they are stunning both in the day and at night. There is a book telling you about the history of all the bridge houses that SWEETS now rent out.
