The neighbourhood is built on modern solid platforms on a nice lagoon-like bay.
Trams are close and you are directly connected to the center.
There is a big common space with couch, kitchen and tables. All basic house commodities are available (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee, oil etc...) The mood is chill and friendly and the house is clean. I was offered homemade pizza as soon as arrived, but I don't know if that's common practice :)
Three rooms available, and the host was upstairs.
Toilet and bathroom are common with other guests, yet very clean and spacious.
Will come back next time!

This is the fourth time I have stayed at this hotel, and everything is always perfect. I hope that the hotel management will read this review and give a discount for next time. :) Transport is convenient, the room is beautiful, the view is one of the best in the city, comfort and cleanliness are excellent. Sometimes the prices are high, but sometimes you can find a room at a very attractive price. Plus tram stop 26 (15 minutes to the central station, every 6-10 minutes) after reconstruction became 300 meters closer to the hotel.

Very good location, 15 min walk to central train station, 10 min to centar, 5 min to bus. Excellent breakfast. Having in mind that it is a ship's cabin, good room size for two people. Good value for money.
