The hotel is excellent! Very clean, comfortable bed, good staff who pay attention to the little details (like a birthday). The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station and Albert Market, which I find to be an excellent location, although not in the city center. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.
