The hotel is lovely, super comfortable, clean and fresh. Great value for money, a 5 minute walk to the Ziggo Dome where we attended a concert. Breakfast delicious nice selection of hot and cold food. Coffee pastries etc. The staff is what makes this hotel truly special, they were absolute diamonds. Macarena + Renushka, thank you SO much girls for everything, so sweet and kind. Efficient and gave great travel tips. So welcoming and your hotel is very lucky to have them! The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely too, specially the gentleman (so sorry we didn’t get his name), super smiley and friendly! 15 min metro to the center of Amsterdam and 15 min metro or 30 min bus to the airport. 10/10 if we come back to Amsterdam we will certainly stay here for sure

A clean, quiet place with a good atmosphere, especially the attention of the staff. One of the girls at the counter (I don't know her name but she told me she was Italian), helped me enormously when I had a problem. She was very patient, attentive, sweet and kind. She is an angel. The hotel was very nice. The location was really close to the subway and train station. The airport bus stops near the hotel. The breakfast was good and rich until 10 am, which is good if you want to sleep more.

Very nice location, easy to access city center or museums by metro/tram. Safe and sound area. Perfectly clean environment out and in of hotel, rooms were cosy, comfortable, cleaned really well, very nice standard. Extremely friendly and smiling stuff! We loved tasty breakfast made of fresh ingredients, fruits, vegetables, honestly a lot of choices for the morning.
