Upon arrival we were met with the doormen who took our luggage straight to the room. Check-in was smooth even though they didn't see payment from bookings .com. We were given our room despite the payment issue. Room was well laid out clean and beyond our expectation. All staff were very friendly and always ensuring all was okay. Check out was also excellent

Amazing terrace with bar and dining area. Lovely Lofts with all utensils and accessories available. Kitchen with stove, fridge and a small freezer. Basically a small apartment to spend time away from home. Had a short weekend stay but enjoyed it so much. Staff professional, helpful and always happy. Had an excellent stay! The location was perfect, close to the city center but far enough to be quiet and pleasant in the evenings. Staff was incredibly helpful as well with making changes and giving info. The dorm beds have a great amount of privacy with the curtains and walls as well. Definitely recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht during my visit to Amsterdam, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it's within walking distance of all the main attractions, making exploring Amsterdam a breeze. Whether you're strolling along the picturesque canals, visiting world-class museums, or sampling delicious local cuisine, everything is conveniently close by. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the accommodation is incredibly easy to reach from the airport, allowing for a seamless transition into the city. The host warmly welcomed me and provided helpful tips and recommendations for my stay, ensuring I made the most of my time in Amsterdam. One of the highlights of my stay was the charming backdoor garden, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling city streets. With direct access from my room, I enjoyed relaxing in the garden with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the toilet not being en suite could be considered a minor inconvenience, the host went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. Although the private toilet is located on the upper floor, the host graciously allowed access to another toilet on the same floor as the room during the night, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout my stay. Overall, my experience at EMPIRIC Keizersgracht was nothing short of delightful. From its prime location and friendly host to its charming garden oasis, it truly embodies the essence of Amsterdam's charm. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this vibrant city.
