We stayed for three nights last minute, family of four with 2 young children. Staff were really helpful and seem friendly, checking we were okay throughout. It was really clean. Pool is amazing. Could do with a few more cooking utensils but that is only because we have two fussy eaters so needed to cook things. They have pots, pans, plates, cutlery etc. All seems nice and new. Good to have washing machine facilities. Main bedroom is a little noisy so we slept with kids in the other rooms. Would definitely stay here again although if possible would look at property on pool side of buidling. Kids loved it. Good base away from centre and I thought good value.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at here at the EST. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Coffee provided for my stay and the hosts were exceptional at responding to my enquiries quickly and efficiently. The views from the balcony were also an added bonus. The location is great with a connecting bridge straight to Bangsar station from the hotel with security very visible. I felt very safe during my stay here. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
